7. Installation and operation

l Product instructions should be carefully read before installation and use

l  Companies of installing valves should have appropriate qualifications, and install and accept in accordance with construction specifications of gas pipeline and requirement of manufacturers.

l  specifications require to set manual shut-off valve before emergency shut-off valve.

l  A valve should be installed in the gas flow direction and the allowed location marked on the valve body.

l  After cleaning the pipeline, install valves in order to avoid making tube impurities damage valve seals when cleaning the pipeline.

l  The valve controlling wires should be connected correctly. White indicates positive while Black stands for negative. Mismatch leads to fatal consequences. Propose terminal crimping, poor contact will seriously affect the reliability of electric valve.

l  Before the power test, examine if the driving mode and voltage of the associated supporting products with valves(such as alarm) match, so as not to damage the solenoid valve (coil).
